About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stelthion Signals and all related services operated by Stelthion Oy, Helsinki, Finland ("Stelthion", "we", "us") (together, "Services"). By accessing the Services or registering an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

What the Services are

Stelthion Signals is a market intelligence platform. It delivers curated, source-attributed market signals, briefings, and reports to professionals. The Services include a public newsletter, free downloadable reports, and a members-only workspace available under a paid subscription.

Account registration

To access the members workspace or request reports you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@stelthion.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.

Newsletter and free reports

Subscribing to the newsletter or requesting a free report requires only your email address. Free reports are provided as a professional preview and for informational purposes only. Delivery depends on confirmed subscription status, report availability, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to adjust the frequency, format, or scope of free material at any time.

Paid subscriptions

Paid subscription tiers unlock additional access within the members workspace. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and tier features are shown at the point of purchase and at stelthion.com/pricing. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for the remainder of that period. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Not investment or professional advice

Reports, market signals, and all other content provided through the Services are for general informational purposes. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and should seek appropriate professional guidance before acting on any information obtained through the Services.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful professional purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-copy content, signals, reports, metadata, or download links from the Services by automated or manual means.
• Use content from the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or build external AI or machine-learning systems without prior written permission from Stelthion.
• Resell, republish, or redistribute reports or workspace content outside your organisation without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or related infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with the Services, or attempt to circumvent security or access controls.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

Members-only content

Report download links, workspace content, and other material marked as restricted are for the authorised recipient only. Do not share private links or workspace access outside your organisation unless Stelthion has agreed to this in writing. We may revoke access without notice if we detect misuse or unauthorised sharing.

Our content and intellectual property

All content produced by Stelthion — including reports, signals, copy, graphics, and software — remains the intellectual property of Stelthion Oy. Your subscription or download grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own internal professional purposes during the term of your subscription or as otherwise specified. No other rights are granted.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these terms; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, Stelthion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
